Jack came out at very short notice to investigate a rather bad smell coming from our bathroom. Did a quick review and suggested it wasn’t a plumbing issue and could be perhaps a dead animal.
One dead rat 🤢 and no charge later, I am a very happy customer and I will definitely be using Jack again!

We had our water tank pump replaced yesterday and Jack's service was outstanding. He arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and clearly demonstrated his expertise. The pump replacement was done to an excellent standard, and everything has been running perfectly since.

He also identified the source of our bathroom water leakage and will be returning to fix it once the required supplies arrive. We really appreciated his professionalism, clear communication, and quality workmanship.

We would highly recommend him.

2026... Another job completed by Jack today January 22nd. He installed my new bathroom basin, tapwear and plumbed it up beautifully, highlighting his exceptional skills. He is also a great communicator and a genuine all round nice person. Thanks Jack.

Jack was very helpful and is a lovely person. He was able to install my new toilet within a couple of days. He was prompt, did a good job at a very reasonable price. For me, it is also great that he is local.

I have already asked Jack to install a 2nd toilet for me in our ensuite and to assist with some renovation work with two new showers on rails with a mixer, converting from overhead showers with hot and cold taps.

I highly recommend him.
